Personal
I am a Dallas native having been born and raised in the local area, moving to Marshall in 1993. My degree in Real Estate courses was obtained from Texas A & M Unversity-Commerce Extended University. Having worked in the construction industry for many years then excepting a job with the local hospital I worked for 10 more years in the engineering department with construction management, building maintenance, logistics & much more. Having a background with construction I feel it gives me an edge moving right into real estate. Knowing your looking at a well built structure or something that could cause your client "grief" is a "BIG" plus even before a certified inspection.
